Registration Process

Registering is a quick process so you can get started and focus on finding your match right away. Just enter your name and email, confirm your email address with a code, and then get started! You can add additional information about yourself after that. You’ll need to upload a profile photo before you can contact any potential matches.

Profile Set-up

As mentioned, your profile photo is the key to start communicating. You can also add physical attributes about yourself like your hair and eye colour, body type, height, weight, ethnicity, and religion. There is an area to write a status, saying whatever you’re feeling at the moment.

Notification Settings

Under “Settings”, you can customise how you like to be notified.

Messaging

The messaging system requires a profile photo to be activated. If you opt for the free package, you can only message five people per day. You need to upgrade to one of the premium packages if you want unlimited messages.

Message Filters

There are no message filters, but you can easily block members from whom you prefer not to receive messages.

Daily Matches

Your filtered search will be stored in your account and reflected on the home page while you’re logged in. You can change the search filters at any time to update your matches.

Member Search

You can do as simple a search as you like or get more detailed. Choose an age range, location by miles, hair colour, eye colour, ethnicity, religion, and more. The more details you choose, the fewer matches you’ll get but they will be exactly what you’re looking for.

Verified Members

Members can become verified by calling the support number and going through the verification process with a trained customer support person.

MatureDating runs on a similar model as most other dating sites. They haven’t reinvented the wheel, but they have simplified the process with a few added features.

Unlimited Messaging

When you sign up for the Premium account, you gain access to unlimited messaging, bigger photos, unlimited search results, and the ability to share photos and videos in chats.

You are also able to see all profile information of any member and send messages to as many of them as you want. You also get access to all new features.

Flirtcast

Flirtcast is a handy feature that allows you to send a prewritten message crafted by dating professionals. They are little icebreaker messages that make a great starter for a conversation. The ability to send them to more than one match saves time and makes initiating communication much easier.

Mobile App

There is an app available for iPhones and a mobile site. Both are exactly like the desktop website and do not offer any additional features except the convenience of mature dating on your phone.

Block

Any member you decide you don’t want contact with anymore can be blocked through their profile.

Safe Mode

There are several levels of safe mode to choose from. You can choose to go without a safety net and be open to anybody contacting you. Basic safe mode only stops profiles that have been marked suspicious from contacting you. Full safe mode only allows verified members who have been fully vetted to contact you.

Report

Every profile has an option to report anything that seems unrefined or suspicious.
