I’ve already tried 2 sites and they were a bust. Very disappointed. I’m 68 years old and I prefer a more limited membership; such as 1 month. My income is limited and your rates are higher than other sites. So is it possible to join for only 1 month? Continue if I want, or canel? Please advise.

I signed up for a free account today–am concerned about the distance preference. You list 50 miles to start with, and then offer further distances. I really need to find people in close proximity to where I live–Evanston, IL–60202. As I don’t have a car, I don’t want matches that are really more than 5 miles away. Can you send me profiles that meet that kind of parameter?
On SilverSingles you can’t make your location that specific, but if your location and profile are up to date, you’re more likely to see matches that are closer to you.
